Whew long time since my last post, been real busy studying for exams and then finally going for OBS SABAH training course so been reaching home late and tired =/ The course was real fun though, everyone there is super fit and buff luh, majority was t&f, canoeing and rugby with a few of the other CCAs. 4 Ncc land and one Ncc air guys in total so i wasnt the only one :D

Uhh we did abseiling and kayaking at Changi, pretty scary because abseiling there were exams which you COULD actually fail instead of the 'fake' tests that usually everyone passed. Still not sure if i passed yet haha. Kayaking was tiring but WAY MORE FUN, surprisingly i found i was pretty good at it because i always expected myself to be alright since im not super buff or anything. We were split into Group A and Group B, Group A being the guys without one star kayaking and Group B were mainly canoeists and people with the one star kayaking already.

Then on the second day there was a mini test to see who was fastest and i ended up the fastest(surprisesurprise) :D. Zachery was 2 laps(100m) behind me but i really expected him to be the fastest since hes a real experienced kayaker. Then on friday, there was an expedition to East Coast Lagoon from Changi Adventure Coast, in total about 12km luh, all the Group A guys were trailing behind luh, all the Group Bs were at the front EXCEPT for the boat which me and Zachery were taking :D Some of the guys said we were fast for non-canoeists, super satisfying seeing us amongst the canoeists :D We were about the 5th-8th boat out of the 24 boats, 12 boats for Group A, 12 for Group B.

Then we reached there, ate like dogs, my delicious duck rice was dammmmnnnn good till i realised there was an even more famous Bak Kut Teh stall right opposite me =/ Shared a $6(omg EXPENSIVE) oyster omelette with Ajun, we were super disgusted by the oysters, weird mushy things there tasted putrid compared to the fresh oysters. Then i gave a bet to Ajun, 5 dollars to him if he ate the 3 remaining ones at one shot( Yes thats how bad it was) AND HE DECLINED. I lowered it to $2 and asked everyone, then Cedric shot up his hand, swooped over and sucked all 3 up like some vacuum cleaner at one shot. Luckily he only asked for $1 because he just wanted a glass of chin chow haha, had to give to him anyway luh =P

Ahh and yesterday i finally got full permission to go service, as in i asked straightforward without any conditions and my dad allowed =) After so long, FINALLY. Was free to relax during service without tensing up whenever my phone vibrated, aahhh. Tomorrow im getting back the results, sshcaryscary.

Bleh recently haven had the mood to blog and i have been hooked to minesweeper ever since I won expert mode in 5 minutes, now i keep trying to get a better time, omg so addictive. ANyway today had mass cg, fun games and all but i arrived late with Wei Jun because i forgot to exchange back the basketball with the auntie after gerald last played with it. So went back and searched for it then i remember he left it the dustbin there and we hurried to Citylink.

Had restructuring, a little shocking, when Keith said that the sec 4s were 'retiring' for the moment for O levels, i thought like, our level were taking over already but in the end it was just a split up luh, this means we are getting pretty big :D Anyway my sheeps, Gerald and Lucas remained the same but my shepherd was changed from Keith to Daniel, welcome =) Would have given me more fun to soak up at the barbeque if i knew a little early hahaha.

Anyway im feeling super tired and all, this weekend gotta go mug or else my mum might ban me again to go service =( Woah oh must chiong like mad.

Finally dragged myself to blog again =P Kindred spirit was hmm, a little disappointing though, thats just my personal opinion anyway haha. The first half was pretty good but second half? Zzzz... The 'Purify' was quite impressive haha, the Sji group, 'Domino Effect' had the moves but were a bit off co-ordination haha, all they needed was practice luh haha, and since they only formed since April, its been pretty good already.

Ok in an attempt to reduce oil(yes the stupid oil from your hair), I have followed my mum and sister's advice and AM USING A HAIRBAND AT HOME. Yellow too, look like some cuckoo, BUT according to Alvern and Joshua, its the 'in' thing now xD They were wearing it throughout the whole church camp haha. Next thing, my mum tried to 'clean' my specs because she was convinced the scratches from my specs falling off during soccer were uhh 'hard dirt'. SO she used the nails and the rough side of the sponge used to clean dishes and rubbed it until it had so many scratches my whole specs was so blur i couldnt see through it.

She went, "Oh no, Joey." Then i knew she did some stupid thing because whenever she said that it ALWAYS meant something bad haha. So now at home im wearing some old spare spectacles thats GOLD and "makes me look like im 50". Quoted from my sister. Luckily she agreed to lend me her specs when i go to school to avoid much humiliation. Its quite similar to my old ones but the sides are thin and black. Oh well, time to snooze.

Hmmm, today Zachery Dan Young came to SJI!! Was supposed to pick him up with Keith but in the end he was already in Sji, IN OUR SJI PE. He could fit in really well though haha, then he tried some soursop juice from our stall before we headed to street soccer court. Had alot of fun haha, Zach was camping as a striker all the way haha, he said he would do minimal damage there. Then went for a.prime, dinner at Golden Rooster with Cheng Hui, before going to a new tuition which Cheng Hui and Ezra were in opposite KAP.



How long can i carry on like this, gotta break the parental objection fast, i still have a firm grip on you God but my palms are getting sweaty.
